Son of the late Edward Barnett, of Kenton Court, Sunbury-on-Thames; husband of Elsie Kathleen Barnett, late of Covington, Kimbolton, Huntingdon. Educated at Summerfield and Charterhouse. Late of the Indian Army; awarded Burma Medal (1889-92), and China Medal (1900).
