Sidney, you served in the ASC in Salonika at the same time and roughly in the same location where my father, Walter Harrison, was stationed in 109 Horse Transport Company, and presumably you carried out the same kind of duties as he did, arranging for the transport of supplies to the front line troops while under continuous shelling from the Bulgars on the nearby hills. I salute you as the brave soldier you undoubtedly were, who lost your young life in the service of your country. I trust that the Guard of Honour at your funeral service fired the traditional salute to a fallen comrade.  My sincere sympathy to your relatives who mourned your sacrifice. Rest in Peace. Harry.
