Clifford, Walter Francis Joseph

He was born on the 6th of Sep 1894 in Market Drayton (Shrop.); and became "missing believed killed" on the 27th of Sep 1915, around Loos (Fr.). He was only twenty-one years old, and had no family of his own.
For his military service, Walter was posthumously issued the Victory, and Star medals.
His father was Sir Charles William Clifford, J.P, born 31 Aug 1854 in Wellington (NZ); and died 21 Sep 1939 in Shrewsbury (Shrop.).
His mother was Sicele Agnes de Trafford, born early 1867 in Barton upon Irwin (Lancs.); died 4 Feb 1948 in Whitchurch (Shrop.).
They were married 2 Jun 1892, in Westminster (Lond.), and had six children together.
Sir Charles had previously been married to Mary Eliza Chichester (d. 7 Dec 1881), 19 Jan 1881, and they had one child together.
